Firm History

Deer Park Road is an alternative investment manager established in 2003 by Michael Craig-Scheckman. Chief Investment Officer/Managing Partner Scott Burg has 20+ years’ experience in portfolio management and structured credit analysis. Deer Park is an Investment Advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).

DP launches the Deer Park Mortgage Opportunity Fund I focusing on legacy, non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (“RMBS”)

2021

Flywheel SFR Fund I launched building on Deer Park’s successful, 20-year history of investments in assets related to the real estate market

Deer Park creates separately managed accounts (SMAs) allowing investors to build customized portfolios tailored to their specific needs
